Both Russia and US Working on Militarized, Swarming Drones

Drone technology is improving fast, both on the consumer as well as military side. Now more then ever, drones are having a big impact on modern warfare. The US and Russia are both working on new, tiny, swarming drones that can be launched from a rifle-like device and the race is heating up.
