Drones could use phones to locate us in the near future

Amazon says it’s working on a new technology that will allow drones to use smartphones to find it’s customers. Imagine not having to wait at home to get your package. At this point it’s still a concept but the technology is being pursued with vigor.

These UAVs (unmanned aerial vehicles) may be able to track a customer’s smartphone to determine his or her location.
