FAA’s B4UFLY App Will Help UAS Pilots Operate Safely and Legally

With the help of the FAA, a new app is coming out to help drone pilots know if it’s safe and legal to fly. BF4UFLY is set to have to have a friendly interface along with the latest information. Screen shots can be seen here: http://www.faa.gov/uas/b4ufly/. The first release is planned specifically for iOS devices with Android soon to follow.

“We want to make sure hobbyists and modelers know where it is and isn’t okay to fly,”
FAA Administrator Michael Huerta
