Are you interested in drones/uavs, but have been deterred by the high costs of admission? Then consider going small, real small. The Proto X is only 50 mm which makes it ideal for indoor flying. It’s not only the smallest (according to Hobbico) but it’s one of the lightest too, it weighs just four-tenths of an ounce. I think Brian Doughty summed it up well:

The Proto X is great for kids as well as adults.  If you’re looking to try out a drone but don’t have a lot of money to spend, then the Proto X is the way to fly.
