Davis Gilbert Jr. is a founding member of the GBR Drone and Robotics Team (DART), where he has accumulated extensive flight experience across a wide range of missions and platforms. With hundreds of flight hours, Davis has developed expertise in aerial asset inspections, cinematography, digital twin creation, mapping, Optical Gas Imaging (OGI) missions, and volumetric analysis.
His hands-on experience spans multiple advanced UAV systems, including DJI’s Phantom, Mini, Matrice 200, and Matrice 350 RTK series, as well as Drone Dock 2 and 3 with their companion drones (M3TD and M4TD). He is also skilled in operating the Vision Aerial Vector and the Wingtra Gen 2 fixed-wing mapping drone.
Beyond his work with DART, Davis has further expanded his UAV skills through specialized missions with Aerolutions, broadening both his technical expertise and his operational versatility in unmanned systems.
