Lucas Mullikin is an award-winning visual storyteller working full-time as a journalist, director of photography, producer, drone pilot, and editor. His work pushes past traditional storytelling paradigms to produce content that deepens audiences’ understanding of the world around them.

Lucas is drawn to stories that bring light to circumstances often overlooked by mainstream media — from documenting the water crisis on the Navajo Nation, to embedded coverage with trucker convoys, to dispatches from the front lines in Ukraine. He focuses on narratives outside the norm, exploring the elements that make us who we are.
